What will it cost to build the home?
The answer is simple once you know the scope of what is being built. However, that cost will/could
change. Before I go into how cost could change, let me explain how most builders price custom
homes.
Construction takes place as a series of events.
  1. The first is land clearing. See pics of the process.
  2. The second is the foundation which can be further split into sub-events. They are the:
